Refund policy
At Kararbo, we want your order to be delivered carefully and correctly. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal under certain conditions.
In this returns and refund policy, we explain when you can return a product, which conditions apply and how refunds are processed.
1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you usually have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you, or a third party appointed by you, have received the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us within this period that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can do this by contacting us at support@kararbo.nl.
After registering your return, you must send the product back as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your return notification.
2. Return conditions
Products can only be returned if they are:
- unused;
- unopened;
- in their original condition;
- in the original packaging;
- complete and undamaged.
For skincare, perfume and personal care products, opened, used or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
3. Products that cannot be returned
The following products cannot be returned:
- opened or used skincare products;
- opened or used perfumes;
- products with broken seals;
- products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons;
- products damaged due to use or careless handling by the customer;
- gift cards or digital credit, if applicable.
This exception does not apply if the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
4. How to request a return
If you would like to return a product, please contact us at support@kararbo.nl.
Please include:
- your order number;
- your full name;
- the email address used to place the order;
- the product you wish to return;
- the reason for return, if you wish to share it.
After receiving your return request, we will send you further instructions for returning the product.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. This allows us to register and process your return correctly.
5. Return shipping costs
The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend sending returns with track & trace. Kararbo is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transport.
6. Inspection of returns
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it.
We will assess whether the product meets the return conditions. If the product is opened, used, damaged, incomplete or not returned in its original condition, we may refuse the return or deduct a reduction in value from the refund.
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received your withdrawal request. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned.
8. Shipping costs and refunds
If you return the full order and the return is approved, we will also refund the standard shipping costs of the original delivery.
Additional costs for a more expensive shipping method than the standard delivery method will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
9. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kararbo.nl.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a short description of the issue;
- clear photos of the product;
- clear photos of the packaging and shipping label.
We will review your case carefully and look for a suitable solution, such as replacement, partial refund or full refund.
10. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer an automatic exchange service.
If you would like to receive a different product, you may request a return if the product meets the return conditions, and then place a new order.
11. Uncollected or refused packages
If a package is not collected, refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any return and shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
